This one is definitely one of my favorites. It has a lot of elements that I believe to manifest -in a rather obvious manner- two of my biggest influences of the last 10 years or so: ISIS (presently, a rather unfortunate name) and Porcupine Tree. While Ubiquitous is more of an in-your-face kind of song, Threshold is more about mood, atmosphere, and dynamics. Lyrics flow with the feel of the song, and the end strings accompany them by emanating a hopeful denouement to the more dystopian theme before it.
